If we can improve the lives of all the people in the world’s workforce, by having better managers; we’ll have happier department leads, happier executives, happier shareholders and overall better organisations.

We truly hope Prescience is used as a “carrot”, and not a “stick”. Performance management has its place in business, but we want to make that a last resort. We believe that small incremental course corrections are more sustainable (and certainly much cheaper).
