Simple Issue Tracking
Most issue tracking systems try to do too much. We don't. It's simple issue tracking without the clutter and complexity.
Multiple views
The default view shows you all issues that have been created today and yesterday. The kanban view shows you all the issues broken down into your chosen issue statuses. The unassigned view shows you all issues that haven't been assigned to a team member yet.

Repeating issues
You can create recurring issues that won't clutter your view with duplicates. It shows up on the created date. This is especially useful if you have tasks that you want to schedule periodically on set days.
Checklists
Checklists are optional and allow you to enforce your processes without the unnecesary cognitive load of having to "remember that other thing before I resolve this issue".
You can specify a checklist per issue category. An issue that is allocated to a category that has a checklist, can only be resolved once all items have been checked.

Insights
The insights include your burndown for the last 6 months, as well as the average view time.
The average view time is calculated using the issue creation date, and the first time the issue is viewed by the assignee.
Exclude from reporting
Sometimes you want to create issues that aren't critical, you know you need to get to them, but not soon. Let's call it an icebox.
You can exclude certain categories from reporting so that your burndown metrics aren't affected.
